Adult Lending
Our largest collections of books for home borrowing are held in the Adult Lending department of the Central Library, Grand Parade
This department also provides a range of ‘audio books’ on CD and tape, and a selection of video DVDs and tapes. Fiction and nonfiction books in this department cater for a wide range of interests. Recent best-selling items are always very much on demand. Our large-print book collections are very popular among readers with sight impairment. We also have collections of books suitable for readers with literacy problems.
