Adult Lending

Located in Cork City Libraries HQ on the Grand Parade, the adult lending library serves the people of Cork City and its surrounds.

Our largest collections of books, audiobooks and DVDs for home borrowing are held in the Adult Lending Department of the City Library, Grand Parade. Our large-print book collections are very popular among readers. We also have collections of books to support learning and adult literacy.

There are a number of clubs and groups that meet on a regular basis in the City Library, Grand Parade including book clubs, writing groups and Irish conversation groups. As group meeting times can change, please contact the library for the most up-to-date information.
