Visual Arts

The main venues for the visual in the city include the Crawford Municipal Gallery of Art in Emmet Place; the Lewis Glucksman Gallery at UCC, the Cork Vision Centre in North Main Street ,  as well as commercial galleries such as the Lavit Gallery at no. 5 Fr Mathew Street.  The Backwater Studios, Cork Printmakers , and CIT Wandesford Quay Gallery can all be found at Wandesford Quay, just around the corner from the Crawford College of Art & Design.

The Triskel Arts Centre ,Tobin Street, holds exhibitions in the newly refurbished Christchurch, and in the Tobin St gallery, while the National Sculpture Factory is a key national resource for sculpture and the plastic arts.
