Renewals:  Want to renew an item you have borrowed?  When returning an item you can ask for other items out to be renewed.  When not in the library you have the following options:
•  Renew items online through our Catalogue, provided you have collected your four-digit PIN (personal identification number) at any of our libraries.
•  E-mail your Name and 14-digit barcode (and ideally your borrower 5- or 6-digit borrower no. written on your card) with your request to renew your items (no need to list the items) to childrens_library@corkcity.ie.
•  Speak directly to a member of staff by telephone at 021 4924903, but please remember that items cannot be renewed by leaving a voicemail message.
