Free Yoga Session

Join us for a free yoga session followed by a guided meditation for adults in Douglas Library on Saturday 7th of February at 11.30am. This session is perfect for all levels, offering a chance to move, stretch and relax in a welcoming and calm space. Wear comfy clothes and please bring your own mat.
