We are delighted to welcome you back inside our libraries.
Our libraries are now open for borrowing.
The Reference Library and Local Studies are operating a phone and email service only.
Before you visit our libraries, please read our Covid-19 Page for full information on our Covid-19 measures.
We are unable to offer newspapers, public computers, printing or study spaces at this time.
Maximum numbers apply and wearing of face coverings is mandatory.
Priority hour for elderly or at risk patrons is 10 am – 11 am.
We ask that you do not borrow from the library if you or someone in your household has symptoms of Covid-19.
If you have library items at home, and then you or a household member develop symptoms, please do not return your items until you have completed a 14 day isolation period and are fever free for the last 5 days.
You can still renew your items on the phone or online.
Under 12s must be supervised at all times.
As maximum numbers will apply we ask that you limit your visit to a quick visit.
We regret we cannot accommodate visits from groups or classes at this time.
Bishopstown, Douglas and Tory Top libraries will close at 5.30 pm during July and August. Evening openings will start again in September.

Copies are available to borrow from all our libraries.
Our photocopiers are being upgraded. There may be some disruption to photocopying services as a result. Contact your local library for more information before you visit.
