Downstage (Teen Music Book Club)

The Rory Gallagher Music Library, Grand Parade is launching a Musicals Appreciation Book Club for young adults aged 14-17 years. Experience the excitement of the audience when the musical material is brought downstage for closer inspection. We will examine the lyrics and music of some popular musicals and read some of the source material. All you need to join is a young adult plus library card membership with parental/guardian's permission and to be between the age bracket the club is catering for. The first is in the Thomas Davis Room of the City Library. Come along with your parent/guardian to get signed up. Monthly meetings thereafter.
